Contest open to machine embroiderers, 18+. U.S. shipping included; international winners cover shipping.
The winner drawn live must claim the prize within 3 minutes, or a new winner will be selected. Void where prohibited.
Eligibility: This contest is for machine embroiderers only. You must be a machine embroiderer to enter to win this prize. You may be asked to prove that you do, in fact, embroider.
Shipping: Prize shipping is available within the continental USA. For anyone outside of the USA, all shipping costs are your responsibility if you win.
Age Requirement: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
One Entry per Person: Limit one entry per individual. Multiple entries will not increase chances of winning.
No Purchase Necessary: Entry into the contest does not require any purchase.
Winner Selection & Notification: You must be present to win. During the live webinar, we will be calling out 3 sets of numbers at random. The winner’s name will be drawn live during the webinar event. To claim the prize, the winner must contact Embroidery Legacy’s office within 3 minutes of being announced and provide us with the 3 sets of correct numbers. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected. Embroidery Legacy’s determination of timing and eligibility is final.
Taxes & Duties: Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, import duties, or fees related to prize acceptance.
Rights to Promotion: By entering, you agree that your name, likeness, and entry may be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Void Where Prohibited: This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
Technical Issues: Embroidery Legacy is not responsible for technical difficulties that may prevent an entrant from attending the live event, hearing their name announced, or responding within the allotted time. This includes, but is not limited to, internet outages, audio/video delays, device malfunctions, or platform errors.
Final Decisions: All decisions made by Embroidery Legacy regarding winner selection, eligibility, timing, or interpretation of the rules are final and binding. Embroidery Legacy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time if circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity of the event.
Publicity Release: By entering, participants grant Embroidery Legacy the right to use their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Prize Substitution: Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. No substitutions will be permitted except at Embroidery Legacy’s discretion if a prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be awarded.
Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Embroidery Legacy, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Governing Law: This contest and its terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Ontario.
Contest Integrity: Embroidery Legacy reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process, violating contest rules, or acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
Event Cancellation or Delay: In the event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances that interrupt or delay the live event, Embroidery Legacy reserves the right to reschedule the prize drawing or modify the timing of winner announcements without prior notice.
