Once you join the Embroidery Legacy Design Club, you’ll unlock immediate access to a massive library of embroidery designs, exclusive bonuses, and new weekly releases—all through a platform that’s designed to be easy to use, even if you’re not tech-savvy. Here’s how to get the most out of your membership:
🔍 Searching for Designs
- Use the search bar (top left) to find designs by keyword (e.g., “sombrero on horse”).
- Or browse by category under the “Embroidery Designs” tab to explore inspiration.
💾 Downloading Designs
- After logging in, click the design name (ending in .zip) to download.
- A pop-up will ask if you’d like to use your credits—click Accept to confirm, and the design will begin downloading.
- To re-download previously accessed designs, go to Account > Downloads and click the download button beside the design name.
💡 Managing Your Credits
- Your current credit balance appears at the top-right corner of the page.
- For a full breakdown, visit the Memberships tab.
- Unused credits roll over each month as long as your membership is active.
- If your membership expires without renewal, unused credits are lost.
- Your membership auto-renews yearly. You can cancel anytime under Memberships > Manage Subscription.

- Access your saved designs by clicking the heart icon at the top-right corner of any page.
- Click the heart icon on any design to add it to your wishlist.
To unzip your downloaded design, just double-click the zipped folder. Once unzipped, open the folder to access all available file formats for your design.
Select the file format that is compatible with your embroidery machine. Then, transfer the design to your USB drive or use your preferred method to upload it to your machine.
All our embroidery designs are included in the membership—even fonts, in-the-hoop projects, patches, and premium tile scenes! Each design is assigned a specific credit value, which you can easily reference in the chart below.
You are welcome to sell embroidered physical items using our designs in quantities of up to 50 items per order. This allows small businesses to fulfill orders using our designs, provided no more than 50 embroidered items are created per order. Please note, however, that our designs cannot be used for mass production or resold as digital files, either individually, edited, or within your own designs. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

1.1. How can I download designs with my membership?
After you’ve logged in to your account and found a design you’d like to download, click on the button with the design name and .zip extension. A pop-up window will appear, asking if you’d like to use your credits for the design. Click ‘Accept’ to proceed, or close the tab if you change your mind. Once accepted, the design will automatically download to your computer.
1.2. How can I access my membership bonuses?
To access your membership bonuses, simply login to your account and navigate to the “Memberships” tab. From there, scroll down to the bonus section, where you can easily download all your exclusive bonuses as a club member.
2.1. How can I check my remaining points balance?
To quickly view your remaining points balance, check the top right corner of your page next to the ‘Credits’ label. For a detailed breakdown of your available credits and upcoming credit updates, simply click on the ‘Memberships’ tab and refer to the right side of the page.
2.2. Can I save designs to download at a later time?
With such a wide selection of designs, you’re sure to find something perfect for a future project. To save your favorites, simply click the heart icon at the top of any design to add it to your wishlist. You can easily access your saved designs by clicking the ‘Wishlist’ heart icon at the top right of the page.
2.3. Do my credits roll over to the next month if unused?
Yes, your unused points roll over every month while your membership is active. Please note that unused points will be lost forever if your membership expires without renewal.
2.4. Is the membership automatically renewed each year?
Yes, your membership will automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted access to all member benefits. If you wish to cancel, log in to your “Membership” tab; under “Manage Subscription,” click “Cancel membership,” and it will stop future renewals. You will still have full access to your account until your current membership period ends.
2.5. How can I view the designs I’ve previously downloaded?
To access your previous downloads, navigate to the ‘Account’ section and click the ‘Downloads’ tab. You’ll find a list of all the designs you’ve previously downloaded. Simply click the ‘Download’ button beside the design name, and it will automatically download to your computer again.
3. How do I search for designs?
Do you already know what you’re looking for? To find it, simply type keywords like ‘sombrero on horse’ into the search bar at the top left of the page, next to the magnifying glass.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eIf you’re unsure what you’re looking for and want to explore, browse our design categories by clicking on the “Embroidery Designs” tab to find inspiration for your next project.u003cbru003e
4. What machine embroidery formats are included with my downloaded designs?
Our embroidery designs work on virtually any embroidery machine, whether you have a single-needle or multi-needle machine. Our designs come formatted for all popular machine brands, including art, dst, exp, hus, jef, pes, shv, vip, vp3, and xxx.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eBefore downloading, please verify the design size to ensure it fits your hoop. Remember that not all formats are available for every design due to hoop and machine limitations. If your preferred format isn’t included, you can use the .DST or .EXP formats, provided you have a large hoop to accommodate the design.
